What is your favorite weight loss product?

My favorite weight loss product is Slim-Fast or a similar generic brand. Delicious chilled, it has several chocolate and coffee flavors , so I feel like I am drinking a milk shake.

Slim Fast contains all the vitamins and minerals you need in a meal at a reasonable price. It has been around for a while, so the FDA is probably not going to come out with any surprises about it.

Slimfast is portable and I can drink it at my desk at work. I can decide how zealous I want to be by having it for 1, 2 or 3 meals a day.
